The requirement, the build, the result.
Four longer engagements and a set of shorter ones. Client names are left out unless we have permission to use them; the work is described as it was delivered.

Work-order scrap captured on the production floor
The problem. Scrap and yield were reconciled monthly from operator notebooks. Standard costs drifted, and nobody could say which routing step was losing material until the period closed.
- Work order completion Suitelet for the shop floor
- Scrap calculation against routing step and BOM
- Map/Reduce nightly variance posting
- Production supervisor dashboard with drill-down

Four subsidiaries reporting from a single dataset
The problem. Each role had built its own saved searches and no two agreed. Leadership re-keyed figures into a spreadsheet every Monday to compare subsidiaries.
- Four role dashboards on one shared dataset
- On-portlet subsidiary filter, no role switching
- SuiteQL-backed portlets with real drill-down
- Deployed as an SDF project, source controlled
Marketplace orders integrated directly into NetSuite
The problem. Orders, settlements and returns from two marketplaces were downloaded and imported by hand. Fees did not reconcile to the bank, and stock oversold in peak weeks.
- Celigo flows for Amazon SP-API and Walmart
- Settlement and fee postings reconciled to the bank
- Inventory availability pushed back per channel
- BigQuery export for channel-level margin
A school running admissions to fees on NetSuite
The problem. Finance ran in NetSuite while admissions, attendance and academics sat in three other tools. Fees were reconciled by hand against a student list that was always a week behind.
- Student, guardian and enrolment records natively
- Fee schedules, invoicing and collections in AR
- Attendance and academic records on custom records
- Shipped as a reusable SuiteApp, not a one-off
Product ratings and reviews on the SuiteCommerce product page
The problem. Reviews sat in Yotpo while the catalogue and the storefront ran on NetSuite, so shoppers had to leave the product page to find them.
- SCA extension on the product detail page
- NetSuite item mapped to its Yotpo product
- Reviews loaded per item, with no page reload
- Quiet fallback when reviews are missing
A payment provider SuiteCommerce does not support, running in checkout
The problem. The provider the business needed was not one of the standard SCA payment options, and an order had to be created only after payment cleared.
- Custom payment method inside the SCA checkout
- Server side calls to the provider API
- Order created only after the response is validated
- Retry path for declines and processing errors
Tariffs and surcharges calculated in the cart
The problem. An extra charge had to follow the client own rules, show in the order total before payment, and arrive intact on the NetSuite sales order.
- Surcharge logic inside the SCA cart and checkout
- Rules driven calculation rather than a product price
- Recalculated on every cart change
- Revalidated at submission before the order posts
Accessories selected on the product page
The problem. Products that need accessories had none on the page, so shoppers had to go looking, and most of them did not.
- Add-on section on the product detail page
- Client defined relationships between items
- Quantities set per accessory
- Added to the cart with the main product
A 300 product B2B catalogue published from NetSuite
The problem. Product data lived in NetSuite, the website ran on a theme they had just paid for, and pricing could not appear anywhere public.
- WordPress plugin rendering inside the existing theme
- User Event script publishing changes on save
- Technical properties and safety sheets per product
- One integration serving two brand sites
A customer portal that answers the repeat questions
The problem. Order status, invoice copies, shipping documents and reorders all arrived by email, and someone opened NetSuite to answer each one.
- Suitelet portal customers log into directly
- Queries scoped to the customer at the server
- Shipping documents rendered server side
- No additional NetSuite licences
Salesforce and NetSuite agreeing, and GST ready invoices
The problem. Records failed to sync often enough that finance kept a correction list, and the India entity needed invoices that meet GST rules.
- Sync failures traced and fixed at the source
- Advanced PDF templates for GST invoices
- PAN derived from the GSTIN in the template
- Reporting roles deployed through SDF
The same building blocks, recorded in a demo account.
Not everything needs a six-month programme.
A good share of our work is delivered in two to six weeks.
PO approval and hold-release consolidated
Two overlapping notification scripts merged into one governed flow with a clear audit trail.
Sales order PDF rebuilt in FreeMarker
Branded, multi-page, with correct tax and terms blocks per subsidiary.
Bulk order allocation SuiteApp
Large orders split and allocated across locations in one screen instead of line by line.
File cabinet archived to SharePoint
Attachments moved out of NetSuite storage and linked back, cutting file cabinet costs by up to 70%.
e-Invoicing for a multi-country rollout
Country-specific invoice formats and submission handling, scoped as a single SuiteApp.
SCM Mobile pick and pack tuning
Scan flows restructured around the warehouse's actual picking routes.
