Customer reviews were managed in Yotpo while the product catalogue and the storefront ran on NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced. A shopper on a product page had no ratings in front of them at the moment they were deciding, and nothing reliably linked an item to its reviews.
What runs now
An SCA extension maps each NetSuite item to its Yotpo product and pulls the matching reviews onto the product detail page as it loads.
