A 300 product B2B catalogue published from NetSuite
Product data lived in NetSuite, the website ran on a theme they had just paid for, and pricing could not appear anywhere public.
Catalogue published from NetSuite
Pushed on save · no public pricingWhat was broken
The catalogue had to go online so buyers could search by application and CAS number, but pricing is negotiated per account and could not be public. The website ran on a commercial theme the client had just paid for, so rebuilding it was not an option.
What runs now
We built a WordPress plugin that renders the catalogue inside the existing theme, fed by a NetSuite script that publishes changes as they are saved.
- Over 300 products published, with no manual entry
- Technical properties, CAS numbers and safety sheets on every page
- No pricing anywhere on the public catalogue
- Changes pushed as the item is saved in NetSuite
- Two brand sites served by one integration
One flow, end to end.
The path a product takes from a NetSuite record to a live page, and back again with the ids that keep the two in step.
Product data is maintained once, in NetSuite, and the website follows.
